ANC 3/4G Annual Report FY2021
The Commission’s FY2021 annual report (Oct 1, 2020 – Sept 30, 2021) can be found here. Highlights include:
Public Meetings — all 23 held virtually; live attendance ranged between 20 and 100; duration was often well over 2 hours; and 101 average views of the video recordings. Guest presenters who gave presentations totaled to 24.
Resolutions, Testimonies, and Letters — the Commission approved more than eight resolutions on various topics, submitted sixteen testimonies in person and in writing at a variety of hearings held by the DC Council, including eleven performance oversight and budget hearings, and submitted six written comments to District agencies regarding proposed actions.
City-wide Efforts — individual Commissioners participated in several city-wide efforts focused on pedestrian safety; vacant and blighted properties; Connecticut Avenue Reversible Lane study; ANC Caucus on Vision Zero; and formulating a Strategic Plan for the Office of Advisory Neighborhood Commissions.
